Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Please note:

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — delays due to customs are outside our control.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for instructions on filing a damage claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Nudie Records is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at hello@nudierecords.com.
