Kailey Rocker’s debut self-titled solo album is delicate and dreamlike exploration in psychedelic folk, offering a gentle hand across junctures of maturity, love, and actualization. Like looking at classic story songs through a broken mirror, traditional threads of country sounds and melodies shine through the cozy haze of inspired production and accompaniment.

Recorded at Business District Recording in Johnson City, NY with Hunter Davidson (Underground River, OLD LADY), Kailey Rocker is a unique collection of incantations with a sound that rears up from the dreamy haze to bite you when you least expect it. Evoking 60s era psych folk and channeling the spirit of the chanteuses of that time, Kailey Rocker has one hand gently cradling the earth with the acoustic guitar and fiddle melodies and one hand reaching towards the cosmos with the haunted, echoing whispers of synth, organ, and flute swirling throughout the layered production.
